Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C)

Dr. James "Drew"Anderson was born in Charleston, South Carolina and was raised in Tazewell, TN just outside Knoxville.  Helping people is his passion and knew he wanted to serve in the medical field so he decided to pursue his undergraduate degree at the University of Louisville and major in pre-pharmacy.  He worked during his studies in the pharmacy at Norton Suburban Hospital and also was a supervisor at UPS.  Near the end of his time at University of Louisville, a friend introduced him to chiropractic care who had remarkable results in healing and wellness.  After researching how chiropractic care can have a profound impact on staying healthy, he decided to follow the idea of helping people heal naturally without the use of drugs or surgery. 

 

He left Louisville and was accepted into Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic in Spartanburg, South Carolina.  After four years of rigorous doctorate studies, National Board exams, and hundreds of clinical rotations, he accepted his first job as an Associate Doctor at a practice in Georgetown, South Carolina.  Although living and working at the beach was a dream, he always missed Louisville and returned in 2008 with his wife and daughter while working as an associate doctor at The Spine Center.

It was their dream to have their own family practice and in 2010, he acquired Louisville Health Solutions and has been committed to educating and serving Louisville for 16 years.  He was voted "Best of Kentuckiana" Chiropractors by WHAS 11 two years in a row and holds an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Dr. Drew is a member of the American Chiropractic Association (ACA), Kentucky Association of Chiropractors (KAC),  and regularly attends educational seminars and workshops to ensure that he provides the best chiropractic care possible to all patients.

Dr. Drew is married to his wife Nicole and they have three children, Jaylin (17), Brynlee (13), and Jonah (9).  They now reside in Shelbyville, KY and enjoy hobby farming, hunting, the outdoors, and attend Southeast Christian Church- Shelby Campus
